Having already spent 20 years on the cutting edge of modern rock percussion, Bill Bruford formed Earthworks in 1986 with Django Bates and Iain Ballamy. In Nov. 1987 they performed at the "Schauburg" in Bremen (Germany), offering diverse styles: Power rock passages alternate with lyrical, balladic passages. It was an amazing show and musically a tremendous night to remember.
