How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with additional cardboard stiffeners to prevent corner dings and warping during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Due to the nature of the product, opened records or CDs can only be returned if they are found to be defective or have significant manufacturing flaws. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Do you sell used records, and how are they graded?
Yes, we carry a wide selection of pre-owned vinyl. Every used record is visually inspected and play-tested by our experts using the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System to ensure quality.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders are scheduled to ship on or just before the official release date provided by the label. Please note that if you order in-stock items with a pre-order, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order is ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
